  • Head of Technical (UK)

    Position: Full time

    Job Purpose:

    • To head up the Customer Service team (technical support, internal sales support & pre-sales support)
    • To improve the customer experience and internal stakeholder management

    Requirements:

    • A  background in a similar role within the Security / Technology industry
    • The ability to lead, mentor and manage the technical support department
    • In depth knowledge of CCTV products, software, servers, storage and networking
    • Excellent level of spoken and written English language is essential. European and Korean language skills desirable
    • Excellent communication skills on all levels – both written and verbal
    • Good self-discipline – motivated, conscientious, multi-tasking and analytical
    • Problem solver and solution focused
    • Strong commercial focus, with a commitment to achieving team targets
    • Understanding and appreciation of the customer journey
    • Proactive and enthusiastic attitude
    • Team player, self-motivated and able to work on own and under pressure
    • Ability to manage and plan workload effectively

  • Product Manager (UK)

    Position: Full time

    Job Purpose:

    • To manage the complete product range as a key member of the Product team

    Requirements:

    • At least two years of experience in Product Management
    • Broad technical experience, such as engineering or field installation, preferably working with and/or developing Video Surveillance or Physical Security products, solutions and integrations
    • Organised, able to prioritise well and manage personal workload and time, has a high sense of urgency
    • High levels of commitment, responsible and able to own a task or a project from start to completion
    • Industrious, ambitious, positive and goals-oriented
    • Customer centric personality and highly developed consultative approach, preferably experience supporting sales or working in Customer Support
    • Team player, ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic and collaborative team, with exceptional levels of communication
    • Technology savvy, curious, analytical, creative and innovative thinker
    • Familiarity with pricing models
    • Excellent presentation skills, capable to deliver convincing presentations on products to sales, senior staff and customers

    The jobholder is required to be located at Hanwha Techwin Europe Ltd, Heriot House, Heriot Road, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 9DT – Our normal office hours are 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday, but the jobholder may be required to work outside of these hours as and when required to meet business needs, and the role may include travel throughout the region and outside of the UK from time to time.

  • Distribution Sales Manager (France)

    Position: Full time

    Job Purpose:

    Core focus on the development and management of our existing Distribution relationships and establishing new relationships with prospective resellers and sales reps.  Generate incremental revenue, target vertical channels of distribution (e.g. retail, rail, banking, hospitality and leisure), and resellers about the Hanwha / Wisenet products offering, services, promotional programs, and Channel Partner Program. This includes working with sales, marketing, development/operations, & executive management to coordinate successful support of profitable, indirect channel demand generation activities and programs.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience within a Channel Marketing or Channel Management position; or a similar role
    • A proven track record of success in personally developing channel relationships and programs with measurable, profitable results
    • Degree Education would be desirable
    • Organized, logical and structured approach to business planning and administration.
    • Ability to function as a proactive problem solver in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Expertise in contracting, building and managing effective business partner relationships.
    • A record of sound business judgment in decision-making.
    • The ability and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves and “make it happen” is essential at this phase of the department’s development.
    • Outstanding verbal & written communication abilities and excellent listening skills are essential.
    • A well-developed capacity to accurately “read” others, both in individual and group meetings, is critical to success.

    The jobholder is required to be located in France as this is a field based role & will include travel to the Hanwha Techwin Europe Ltd France office and from time to time travel outside of France may be required.

  • Pre-Sales Manager (DACH)

    Position: Full time

    Job Purpose:

    • To provide pre-sales support for all Hanwha CCTV product range.
    • To assist the sales team in the specification of sales requirements and tender documents.
    • To work closely with the BDM and Technical Support.  Give the customers the feeling they are being listened to, and strengthening the team to support the customer.

    Requirements:

    • Extensive experience within a CCTV pre-sales and technical environment
    • Full working knowledge of CCTV products specifically in relation to IP product range
    • Proven ability to plan workloads and meet tight deadlines set by both clients and colleagues
    • Proven time management, administration and presentation skills
    • Ability to work both on own initiative and as a team player
    • Ability to communicate on all levels in a clear and concise manner both verbally and written (electronically)
    • Ability to demonstrate excellent ‘customer service’ approach
    • Promotes ‘positive, solution finding’ focus to all areas of work
    • Engineering Degree or equivalent
    • Intermediate & Advanced ‘Microsoft Office’ skills to include Excel
    • Full working knowledge of Visio / Cad or equivalent schematic drawing programmes
    • Full & clean driving license

    The jobholder is required to be located at Hanwha Techwin Europe Ltd, Koelner Strasse 10, 65760 Eschborn, Germany – The role may include extensive travel throughout the DACH region and travel outside of Germany may be required from time to time.

  • Business Development Manager (Czech)

    Position: Full time

    Job Purpose:

    • To drive the implementation of the business development strategies across the Czech Republic
    • To originate and close new business opportunities

    Requirements:

    • A proven track record in a business development or sales role, achieving sales in a demanding environment.
    • Extensive experience of CCTV and associated technologies, in particular presenting relevant solutions to end users and consultants/specifiers
    • Must have a knowledge of the market, main channels and potential customers within the electronic security market.
    • Previous experience working for a CCTV manufacturer would be beneficial, but not
    • Good understanding of new technologies, especially network video systems and their topology.
    • Business or Technical Degree Level Education would be advantageous
    • PC Literate – Intermediate & Advanced ‘Microsoft Office’ skills to include Excel
    • A desire to make a positive impact on the market and brand recognition
    • Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with both internal company Directors / colleagues and key clients
    • Ability to demonstrate independent thinking and good clear judgement
    • Ability to demonstrate motivation of teams to achieve targets
    • A team player – demonstrate success in team situations
    • Logical and well organised with exceptional attention to detail

    The jobholder will be field based – This role will involve extensive travel within Czech Republic on a regular basis and travel outside of Czech Republic may be required from time to time.
