  • UK - Technical Support & Field Engineer (Chertsey, Surrey)

    Position: Full time

    Job Purpose:

    • To provide Technical Support to customers and distributors, delivering the highest of quality responses within agreed time frames
    • To create test schedules, plans and reports for new and existing security products manufactured by Hanwha Techwin

    Requirements:

    • Background within the Security / Technology industry in a senior support role.
    • Strong understanding of Operating Systems, Servers and Networking components
    • Experience providing support on CCTV (Both Analogue & IP) is essential
    • Exposure to major VMS’s  such as Milestone, Genetec etc
    • Proficient in fault finding with field & reactive support experience
    • European experience would be advantageous
    • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
    • Team player, self-motivated and able to work on own and under pressure
    • Good time management and priority handling with previous experience of working in a customer facing environment
    • Knowledge of third party products, protocols and associated technologies.
    • Ability to manage and plan workload effectively.
    • Business or Technical Degree Level Education would be desirable

  • UK - SCM Coordinator - Korean Speaking (Chertsey, Surrey)

    Position: Full time

    Job Purpose:

    • To work closely with the Supply Chain Manager & HQ in Korea to manage the inbound and outbound traffic and to manage the purchasing and delivery process of goods

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in a similar supply chain role
    • Extensive experience of using MS Excel
    • Experience of using an ordering process system
    • SAP experience would be highly advantageous
    • Fluent Korean is essential for liaising with HQ in Korea
    • Fluent English is essential for liaising with European Head Office in Chertsey, UK
    • Degree qualified; up to Master degree is advantageous

  • BELGIUM - Business Development Manager

    Position: Full time

    Job Purpose:

    • To drive the implementation of the business development strategies across the Benelux region with particular focus on Belgium
    • To originate and close new business opportunities

    Requirements:

    • A proven track record in a business development or sales role, achieving sales in a demanding environment.
    • Extensive experience of CCTV and associated technologies, in particular presenting relevant solutions to end users and consultants/specifiers
    • Must have a knowledge of the market, main channels and potential customers within the electronic security market.
    • Previous experience working for a CCTV manufacturer would be beneficial, but not
    • Good understanding of new technologies, especially network video systems and their topology.
    • Business or Technical Degree Level Education would be advantageous
    • PC Literate – Intermediate & Advanced ‘Microsoft Office’ skills to include Excel

  • DACH - Technical Manager (Eschborn)

    Position: Full time

    Job Purpose:

    • To be responsible for direct technical support of the existing and new customer database covering the whole of DACH

    Requirements:

    • Extensive experience within the CCTV industry from within a senior support role.

  • DACH - Country Manager

    Position: Full time

    Job Purpose:

    • To drive the sales plan for the DACH region to deliver the budgeted objectives
    • To monitor and recommend pricing levels in  the DACH region to maximize yield and revenue
    • To identify new sales opportunities and take steps to implement them for new revenue streams
    • Develop and service trade partners to maximise loyalty and revenue generation
    • Accountable for overall strategy, driving growth and share within the generation market

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in a similar role
    • A background in a business development or sales role
    •  Security industry experience
    • Leadership skills, including proven experience of managing a team
    • Genuine ability to run a B2B business from Strategic planning of the unit to dedicated hands on a roll up the sleeve attitude

  • FRANCE - Distribution Sales Manager (South West Region)

    Position: Full time

    Job Purpose:

    • Core focus on the development and management of our existing Distribution relationships and establishing new relationships with prospective resellers and sales reps
    • Generate incremental revenue, target vertical channels of distribution (e.g. retail, rail, banking, hospitality and leisure), and resellers about the Hanwha / Wisenet products offering, services, promotional programs, and Channel Partner Program. This includes working with sales, marketing, development/operations, & executive management to coordinate successful support of profitable, indirect channel demand generation activities and programs

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience within a Channel Marketing or Channel Management position; or a similar role
    • A proven track record of success in personally developing channel relationships and programs with measurable, profitable results
    • Business and presentation skills to interface effectively with all levels of major corporate clients.
    • Degree Education would be desirable

    Job Purpose:

    • To provide technical support for all Hanwha Techwin CCTV product range
    • To give a high level of customer service to all customers, clients and colleagues

    Requirements:

    • Educated to Graduate level with at least 10 years’ experience working in the Security / IT / Networking industry
    • Extensive experience in a similar role within the Security industry
    • Knowledge of CCTV products (Including both Analogue and IP) and associated technologies, along with knowledge of third party products, protocols and associated technologies would be beneficial (Although training will be given)
    • Proficient Computer Skills, including; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc…)
