  • Technical Support & Field Engineer (Chertsey, UK)

    Position: Full time

    Job Purpose:

    • To provide Technical Support to customers and distributors, delivering the highest of quality responses within agreed time frames.
    • To create test schedules, plans and reports for new and existing security products manufactured by Hanwha Techwin.

    Requirements:

    • Background within the Security / Technology industry in a senior support role.
    • Strong understanding of Operating Systems, Servers and Networking components
    • Experience providing support on CCTV (Both Analogue & IP) is essential
    • Exposure to major VMS’s  such as Milestone, Genetec etc
    • Proficient in fault finding with field & reactive support experience
    • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
    • Team player, self-motivated and able to work on own and under pressure
    • Good time management and priority handling with previous experience of working in a customer facing environment
    • Knowledge of third party products, protocols and associated technologies.
    • Ability to manage and plan workload effectively.
    • Business or Technical Degree Level Education would be desirable
    • PC Literate – Intermediate & Advanced ‘Microsoft Office’ skills to include Excel
    • Clean Driving License

  • Head of Product & Solutions (Chertsey, UK)

    Position: Full time

    Job Purpose:

    • To effectively lead, coordinate, manage and communicate the HTE Product & Solutions strategy/roadmap across the HTE region

     

    Role Summary:

    We are looking for a candidate who will work closely with HQ South Korea, the sales team across Europe and other key stakeholders in the business. The primary role is in product management and product development. This will include the development of roadmaps and iterative improvements to existing products to meet market needs.

    The holder of the role will also act as the key contact for the technical team as well as   working with sales and customers on the technical product portfolio, offering technical, compliance and specification assistance, delivered as best practice solution based selling.

    As such, the role requires a combination of project and product management skills.

     

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 5+ years experience in a similar product role
    • At least 5+ years experience within the Security industry
    • In depth knowledge of CCTV products and software
    • Leadership skills, including proven experience of managing a team
    • Practical experience of integrator processes, product lifecycles, new technology platforms and devices and how these affect product development
    • Practical experience of dealing with large, demanding customers and internal sales teams
    • The ability to demonstrate sound judgment and thorough knowledge of product specialisms to identify potential risks and benefits and contribute to complex decision making
    • The capability to work closely with internal/ external developers and commercial stakeholders to deliver specified products
    • Experience of liaising with internal resources and customers during product specification phase, and translate requirements into clearly-defined specifications
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
    • Excellent level of spoken and written English is essential, other language skills desirable
    • Full and clean driving licence

    Position: Full time

    Job Purpose:

    • To support the Hanwha Techwin Europe Field Sales team, playing an integral role in the coordination of sales in conjunction with our internal teams and providing valued customer satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    Requirements:

  • Sales & Logistics Coordinator (Chertsey, UK) - 2x Roles

    Position: 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract

    Job Purpose:

    • To provide administration support for the sales & logistics team.
    • To liaise with client base to ensure an excellent level of customer service is achieved at all times.

    Skill Requirements:

    • Educated to Graduate level (Or A-Level education with a minimum of 2 years administrative working experience)
    • Intermediate & Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
