The scheme…

The Hanwha Techwin Recruitment Referral Programmes is designed to encourage you to refer high calibre candidates to fill openings within our Company!

The reward individuals will receive for introducing a new member of staff will be £1000* and you may refer more than one new employee. DACH region only.

 

The conditions…

  • The entire bonus is payable after the referred employee has satisfactorily completed his or her probationary period.
  • The referring person must be named as the source of Introduction by the applicant on their application form and all claims are subject to approval of both the Hiring Manager/HR Manager in addition to the new employee completing their probation period.
  • You may refer more than one new employee.
  • This payment will only apply to permanent appointments.
  • Confidentiality will be kept by Hanwha Techwin if requested by the referrer.
  • At this time, the offer only applies to our DACH vacancies. 

 

Payment…

  • The reward you will receive for introducing a new member of staff to us will be £1000.
  • All claims are to be made by the referrer within 12 weeks of the referee having completed their probation period – Applications outside of these time line will be rejected.
