The Hanwha Techwin Recruitment Referral Programmes is designed to encourage you to refer high calibre candidates to fill openings within our Company!
The reward individuals will receive for introducing a new member of staff will be £1000* and you may refer more than one new employee. DACH region only.
- The entire bonus is payable after the referred employee has satisfactorily completed his or her probationary period.
- The referring person must be named as the source of Introduction by the applicant on their application form and all claims are subject to approval of both the Hiring Manager/HR Manager in addition to the new employee completing their probation period.
- You may refer more than one new employee.
- This payment will only apply to permanent appointments.
- Confidentiality will be kept by Hanwha Techwin if requested by the referrer.
- At this time, the offer only applies to our DACH vacancies.
- The reward you will receive for introducing a new member of staff to us will be £1000.
- All claims are to be made by the referrer within 12 weeks of the referee having completed their probation period – Applications outside of these time line will be rejected.
