  • Business Development Manager (South Germany)

    Position: Full time

    Job Purpose:

    • To drive the implementation of the business development strategies across the South regions in Germany.
    • To originate and close new business opportunities.

    Requirements:

    • A proven track record in a business development or sales role, achieving sales in a demanding environment.
    • Extensive experience of CCTV and associated technologies, in particular presenting relevant solutions to end users and consultants / specifiers.
    • Must have a knowledge of the market, main channels and potential customers within the electronic security market.
    • Previous experience working for a CCTV manufacturer would be beneficial, but not essential
    • Good understanding of new technologies, especially network video systems and their topology.
    • Business or Technical Degree Level Education would be advantageous
    • PC Literate – Intermediate & Advanced ‘Microsoft Office’ skills to include Excel
    • A desire to make a positive impact on the market and brand recognition
    • Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with both internal company Directors / colleagues and key clients
    • Ability to demonstrate independent thinking and good clear judgement
    • Ability to demonstrate motivation of teams to achieve targets
    • A team player – demonstrate success in team situations
    • Logical and well organised with exceptional attention to detail
    • Displays a pro-active approach and is a ‘solution finder’
    • Self motivated and able to work under own initiative
    • Project Management, Product Planning, and strong communication skills required with the ability to present at board level to Blue Chip companies, and to communicate on all levels in a clear and concise manner
    • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
    • English Language essential plus at least the local European language
    • Clean Driving License

    The jobholder will be field based – This role will involve extensive travel within the South of Germany on a regular basis and travel outside of the DACH region may be required from time to time.

  • Pre-Sales Manager (DACH)

    Position: Full time

    Job Purpose:

    • To provide pre-sales support for all Hanwha CCTV product range.
    • To assist the sales team in the specification of sales requirements and tender documents.
    • To work closely with the BDM and Technical Support.
    • Give the customers the feeling they are being listened to and strengthening the team to support the customer

    Requirements:

    • Extensive experience within a CCTV pre-sales and technical environment
    • Full working knowledge of CCTV products specifically in relation to IP product range
    • Proven ability to plan workloads and meet tight deadlines set by both clients and colleagues
    • Proven time management, administration and presentation skills
    • Ability to work both on own initiative and as a team player
    • Ability to communicate on all levels in a clear and concise manner both verbally and written (electronically)
    • Ability to demonstrate excellent ‘customer service’ approach
    • Promotes ‘positive, solution finding’ focus to all areas of work
    • Engineering Degree or equivalent
    • Intermediate & Advanced ‘Microsoft Office’ skills to include Excel
    • Full working knowledge of Visio / Cad or equivalent schematic drawing programmes
    • Clean Driving License

  • Service Administrator (Tilburg area, Netherlands)

    Position: Full time

    Job Purpose:

    • To provide administrative support to ensure the effective management of the after sales support within the service team.
    • To communicate effectively between Korea and the UK / European sites.

    Requirements:

    • A Minimum of 2 years’ experience within administration function, preferably within the CCTV industry
    • Ability to communicate on all levels in a clear and concise manner both verbally and electronically
    • Ability to travel outside of the UK as and when required
    • A-Level standard education or equivalent
