  • UK - 1st Line Support Engineer (Chertsey, Surrey)

    Position: Full time

    Job Purpose:

    • To provide 1st Line Support to customers and distributors, delivering the highest of quality responses within agreed time frames
    • To provide administrative support internally to the Technical Support  team

    Requirements:

    • A background in IT is required, and any experience / knowledge of the Security industry would be beneficial
    • Networking or Camera experience would be advantageous
    • English language skills are essential, along with at least two of the following European languages skills; Spanish, Italian or German
    • A willingness to learn is a must
    • Ability to communicate on all levels in a clear and concise manner – both written and verbal
    • Self-motivated and able to work on own and under pressure
    • Good time management and priority handling with previous experience of working in a customer facing environment

  • UK - Product Manager (Chertsey, Surrey)

    Position: Full time

    Job Purpose:

    • To manage a product range as a key member of the Product team

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in a similar Product Management role within the Security industry
    • Broad technical experience, such as engineering or field installation, preferably working with and/or developing Video Surveillance or Physical Security products, hardware and software, solutions and integrations

  • UK - Regional Account Manager (North London Region)

    Position: Full time

    Job Purpose:

    • To manage all existing/ new partners, A&E contacts and end user interaction within the North London region as assigned by the UK&I Country Manager
    • To identify & target business opportunities with new customers
    • To act as the main point of contact between HTE & all assigned contacts

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in a similar role within the Security industry
    • Strong knowledge of the market, main channels and potential customers
    • Experience selling to Distributors and System Integrators in the region
    • A proven sales and achievement record

Other visits to Head Office for meetings as required.

  • UK - SCM Coordinator (Chertsey, Surrey)

    Position: Full time

    Job Purpose:

    • To work closely with the Supply Chain Manager & HQ in Korea to manage the inbound and outbound traffic and to manage the purchasing and delivery process of goods

    Requirements:

    • Advanced knowledge of using Microsoft Excel – i.e. Formulas, Pivot Tables, V-Look-up, etc.
    • Fluent Korean is essential for liaising with HQ in Korea
    • Fluent English is essential for liaising with European Head Office in Chertsey, UK
    • Degree qualified; up to Master degree is advantageous
    • Previous experience in a similar supply chain role
    • Extensive experience of using MS Excel
    • Experience of using an ordering process system
    • SAP experience would be highly advantageous

  • NORDIC & BENELUX - Country Manager (Nordic & Benelux)

    Position: Full time

    Job Purpose:

    • To drive the sales plan for the Nordic & Benelux to deliver the budgeted objectives
    • To monitor and recommend pricing levels in the Nordic & Benelux to maximize yield and revenue
    • To identify new sales opportunities and take steps to implement them for new revenue streams
    • Develop and service trade partners to maximise loyalty and revenue generation
    • Accountable for overall strategy, driving growth and share within the  market

    Requirements:

    • Good understanding of new technologies, especially network video systems and their topology.

  • FRANCE - Distribution Sales Manager (South West Region)

    Position: Full time

    Job Purpose:

    • Core focus on the development and management of our existing Distribution relationships and establishing new relationships with prospective resellers and sales reps
    • Generate incremental revenue, target vertical channels of distribution (e.g. retail, rail, banking, hospitality and leisure), and resellers about the Hanwha / Wisenet products offering, services, promotional programs, and Channel Partner Program. This includes working with sales, marketing, development/operations, & executive management to coordinate successful support of profitable, indirect channel demand generation activities and programs

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience within a Channel Marketing or Channel Management position; or a similar role
    • A proven track record of success in personally developing channel relationships and programs with measurable, profitable results
    • Business and presentation skills to interface effectively with all levels of major corporate clients.
    • Degree Education would be desirable
    • Organized, logical and structured approach to business planning and administration
